Clark Palmer was the founding president of the Rotary Club of Novato. David Price Jones and Bruce Palmer have followed in subsequent years as president of the Novato Rotary Club. Clark Palmer was the City Attorney for the City of Novato from 1960 until 1979. David Price Jones was the Mayor of the City of Novato in 1974-1975, and has been an active leader in the Novato Presbyterian Church. Bruce Palmer was on the board of directors of the Nova-Ro corporation for six years, and served a term on the board of directors of the Novato Human Needs Center.
